I believe your wellness doesn’t have to be put on hold when you become a parent.
I don’t buy into the notion that you have to forget about your own needs, just because your kids are little. Will things look a bit different? Sure! But you don’t have to forget about who you were before your babies came along.
The first go around, sleep wasn’t working for us, no matter what I tried. I was cosleeping with my baby to get any shred of sleep - and it worked! Until it didn’t… It was contributing to my PPA, and I wanted longer stretches of rest, and time to myself. I knew we had to do something else to make that happen.
I finally did, and it changed everything about how I felt as a mom, and a human.
If a caffeine hit is the only way you’re making it through the day, you deserve better. I take a responsive approach that helps you support your child in discovering their ability to put themselves to sleep. Baby gets the sleep they need to grow and thrive, and you get dependable alone time to do whatever, matched with long sleep stretches. I think this is the definition of WINNING!

To say I grappled with sleep when my baby was young, would be an understatement.
As a new mom, my whole world had changed. My little one’s sleep was all over the place, and it fueled the exhaustion I already felt. I found myself falling down the rabbit hole of sleep perfectionism, and let’s just say it made me the over anxious parent I was sure I’d never be. I knew I couldn’t go on like that.
I bet you can relate.
Now I unapologetically ensure parents get the rest they need, and don’t feel guilty about it. Being a parent doesn’t mean you somehow need less sleep. I adore seeing the freedom my clients discover when they feel safe in their choice for their whole house to get more sleep.

My 8 month old was completely dependent on me for sleep. Liz was very supportive and listened to how my son responded to her recommended changes. She made a few more tweaks, and by the end my son was sleeping independently. He’s no longer dependent on me for sleep, and it has saved my sanity!
